Enrolment
To enrol your child at Roseworth Primary School, you will be required to provide the Front Office with the following documents:
- A completed Application for Enrolment Form, available from the Front Office. Alternatively, click here to print 2024 application or click here to print 2025 application
- Original Birth Certificate
- Passport and visa (If not born in Australia)
- Immunisation Records
- Proof of address
Overseas or Interstate applications can be emailed to Roseworth.PS@education.wa.edu.au with scanned copies of the required documents. (Please note originals will be required to be sighted on arrival).

Local Intake Area
The following map defines the local-intake area of ROSEWORTH PRIMARY SCHOOL (Government Gazette Dec 2007)
From the intersection of Marangaroo Drive and Mirrabooka Avenue, south along Mirrabooka Avenue to Beach Road, west along Beach Road to Girrawheen Avenue, north along Girrawheen Avenue to Marangaroo Drive and east along Marangaroo Drive to Mirrabooka Avenue. The boundary parts of Mirrabooka Avenue (west side), Beach Road (north side), Girrawheen Avenue (east side) and Marangaroo Drive (south side) are included within the local-intake area of this school.
Note:
The local-intake area maps are based on a written description of the local-intake area (LIA) for the school as published in the WA Government Gazette. Although the map closely represents the LIA description, for some houses near the boundary (especially on street corners), it may be necessary to refer to the written description. The street address of a residence is used to determine whether that dwelling is inside a particular LIA. While local-intake areas for most schools do not change from year to year, changes may be made to local-intake areas as required. Such changes are published in the WA Government Gazette and subsequently the local-intake area map will be updated.
